Mr. Carlson began his legal career with Jones, Gotcher & Bogan, P.C. after earning his Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating summa cum laude. During law school, Mr. Carlson served as an editor of the Tulsa Law Review and held the positions of Director for the school’s trial advocacy program, Vice President of the Tulsa Business Law Society, and Vice President of Paw Law, the school’s animal focused charitable organization.
Mr. Carlson’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, construction law, and employment law, where he guides cases from inception through resolution. He also has significant experience handling matters involving corporate law and governance, real estate, bankruptcy, professional liability, errors and omissions (E&O) claims, insurance bad faith, and appellate advocacy, in state and federal courts.
